NVQ in Customer Service Level 2

We offer a combination of initial skills evaluation, bite-sized online learning and work-based assessment which allows learning to take place at a time and place most suitable to your staff.
How is this course structured?
- The qualification consists of:
- Online courses that provide underpinning knowledge
- A work-based competence assessment
Mandatory Units:
- Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service
- Improved efficiency and profitability

Optional Units:
- Deal with customers face to face or by telephone
- Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
- Deliver reliable customer service
- Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems
- Develop personal performance
Duration and Cost
This course is being delivered in partnership with Learndirect and will normally take 3 to 6 months to complete. Candidates have to complete a portfolio of evidence in the workplace assisted by an Assessor
Free for employees who:
- Do not already hold at least one level 2 qualification, 5 GCSE grades A-C or above
- Are over 19 years old
- Are employed or in a volunteer position
- Are UK or EU citizens and working in the UK or EU for 3 years
- Are not on any other government-funded training
