Leadership and Management Programme
Funded though Train to Gain, the Leadership and Management Programme funds training for Senior Managers and Strategic Leaders of organisations with 5-249 employees to develop their leadership skills, which will in turn help their organisations grow.
One person in your organisation (CEO, Managing Director, Owner Manager, or Senior Director) who has direct responsibility for the organisation’s strategic planning can be nominated to receive up to £1000 (inclusive of VAT) for Leadership and Management training.
How it works
- A Skills Broker will visit your company to carry out a free impartial training needs analysis
- The Skills Broker will help you develop a Development Plan which clearly identifies your requirements
- The Skills Broker will support you by finding appropriate courses
- If you are eligible, up to £1000 (inc. VAT) funding will be made available for the support identified.
Training
Any solutions identified in the Personal Development Plan can include either formal training such as achieving qualifications or informal training such as coaching and mentoring. The choice is yours.
The Train to Gain Service
Train to Gain is a government funded initiative, launched by the Learning & Skills Council (LSC).
You company can access funded Leadership and Management training through Train to Gain. However Train to Gain can also help you find funded training in areas such as National Vocational Qualifications (levels 2 and 3) or key literacy, numeracy and language needs for your staff.
